What if you don't have a Credit Card?
Payment for personal purchases or the personal portion of Uniform purchases can be made by eTransfer. Please email the eTransfer to larae@fipromo.com

Need a reprint of your order?
Just click on the "Order Status" button, login, look for your order, then click on the "Print" button.

Need to return or exchange your order?
When sending items back, please enclose a copy of the packing slip, and write your instructions on the packing slip as to your request for a size exchange or if you are returning for credit.

How do I check my Uniform Allowance balance?
Click on the “Uniform Allowance” banner at the top of the page to enable you to check your yearly allowance.

How long will items take to deliver?
Items available in inventory will take approximately 2-4 business days to arrive at your facility. Those on backorder or not in inventory will take approximately 10-15 business days to arrive.

Are tall sizes/items available?
Most items accommodate taller individuals; where items do not, tall sizes/items have been made available.

Are the new options more expensive than the older options?
In most cases, the new options are very cost comparable to the older option. New options not previously available were reviewed to ensure price was considered when the selection was made.
